Mini Egg Nests. A Fun & Chocolatey Easter Treat!

Hop into Easter with this easy treat from our favorite dessert foodie, Meisha! These Mini Egg Nests are perfect for little hands to help with and offer the ideal combo of sweet and salty. The best part? They only take a few simple steps to create the most delicious snack.

Ingredients

230g milk chocolate

2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

100g fried noodles

125g bag of Cadbury mini eggs

Method

Melt chocolate and peanut butter together in the microwave. Stir to combine.

Mix in the fried noodles.

Line a tray with baking paper and place spoonfuls of mixture into little nest shapes.

Create a well in the centre of each and place your mini eggs. The eggs can be placed after the nests have been set in the fridge if you prefer, I like to do it beforehand so they set in place.

Pop in the fridge for an hour or so to set.

Enjoy!
