What’s not to love about a sweet treat made from chocolate and Easter eggs? Easter gives us the perfect excuse to indulge in all things chocolate, and Meisha's Easter Egg Rocky Road is the ultimate way to enjoy the season’s best treats.
Ingredients
250g milk chocolate
80g mini marshmallows
250g Cadbury mini eggs
A few mini crème eggs
100g Marie biscuits
Method
Pop 200g of the mini eggs into a sandwich bag and crush up with a rolling pin. Do the same with the Marie biscuits.
Melt the chocolate.
Add crushed mini eggs, biscuits and marshmallows. Stir to combine.
Pop mixture into a lined tray. Press the mixture firmly into the tray.
Add remaining whole mini eggs and crème eggs by pushing gently into the top.
Refrigerate to set for about an hour.
Cut up and enjoy!
You could use any mini Easter eggs you like, try adding white choc chips or cut up snakes for some more variety!
